All of our staff will be wearing protective masks at all times while inside your vehicle, and in our store.
We’re cleaning all customer vehicles, including the driver seat, gear shift, steering wheel, and floor coverings.
We are regularly sanitizing and disinfecting all common areas, high touch points, sales counters, and product displays.
We’ll have a key drop box and can take credit card over the phone when it’s time for your appointment.

Our customer waiting areas will be closed until further notice. We’re asking everyone with an appointment to drop their vehicle off with us for the day and make arrangements for transportation.
We’ll be practicing social distancing by carefully monitoring our schedule and limiting the number of people (staff included) inside our store and garage.
We’re following our local government safety protocols for illness in our workplace, with most office staff working remotely. In addition, we’re not allowing any employee with any signs of illness to work at Osprey/Boston Truck and Van, and we are checking on our employees for symptoms on a daily basis.

" I had my Viper alarm installed here on Saturday and I have to tell you, Jason and his staff are amazing. I would get anything installed by him in a heartbeat. He is very nice, knowledgeable and honest. Unfortunately, not a lot business owners view honesty and sincerely taking their customers into consideration as good qualities to have. Jason not only assisted me in getting a rental at a great rate, he also worked with me and my crazy work schedule to ensure that I was able to get my car. He is closed on Sundays however he met me first thing in the morning at Enterprise so I could drop off my rental and then he drove me over to the shop and even took the time to go over all the details regarding the alarm and any questions I had. Impressed would be an understatement. If there is anything else I need, I will definitely be back."
